Description
Brisbane Camera Group would like to invite all Members and their partners to our Annual Dinner and Awards night. A night to celebrate an end to the competition year, honour the winners of the Annual Competitions and talk to your friends while enjoying the delicious and relaxed manner.
The evening's activities include:
- A scrumptious dinner buffet
- Annual Print and DPI Awards
- Annual AV Awards
- Announcing the winner of the hunt and shoot
- Monthly competition points prizes
- Lucky door prizes
- Raffle draws
The cost of the ticket includes the buffet dinner, dessert, coffee and lots of fun. There is a bar available for drinks.
BCG is subsidising this event. It's a fun-filled evening and numbers are limited to 70. Be sure to get your tickets soon, to take advantage of the Early Bird Special!

Who can come along?
All BCG members and their partners are welcome. BCG Visitors and people not from BCG should contact the committee prior to booking a ticket.
Should I bring my camera?
Sure! Why not? If you'd like to be the event photographer we'd love to hear from you!
What's provided?
A full buffet including dinner, dessert, tea and coffee! Bring some money for the bar if you'd like to drink something stronger.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Any bus that goes along Dawson Parade Arana Hills will get you there. Grovely train station is a couple of hundred metres from the venue. There’s ample car parking on site.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you would like to transfer your ticket, please contact us and we will arrange the transfer.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but we will be checking that all attendees registered
What is the refund policy?
You must notify us before the end of ticket sales (27/11/2016) if you would like a refund. BCG reserves the right to decide if a refund is applicable on a case by case basis. We also reserve the right to issue partial refunds when applicable. If you give us enough time we're confident you can get a refund.

Brisbane Camera Group welcomes photographers of all levels of experience, from novice to master, from amateur to professional.
We learn with and from each other, and from other photographers, sharing knowledge and experience at presentations, workshops, photoshoot outings and critiques of our images in competitions and other sessions.
Each year we develop an interesting program of events aimed at offering a range of opportunities for development of technical and creative skills and abilities, catering to the diversity of members’ photographic interests.
Club Meetings are held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Mondays of every month (except December & January) at Albion Peace & Community Centre, 102 McDonald Road, Windsor commencing at 7.30pm. Visitors are welcome to attend any of these meetings.

Second Monday: Presenters Night
Lectures, discussions and practical evenings on the art of photography; submission of images for the month’s Competition and a Digital Image Show of members’ images.
Third Monday: Special Interest Group Night
It is open to any member to create a special interest group concentrating on any aspect of photography that particularly attracts them. Current groups include International Competitions, Critique and Monochrome SIGS.
Fourth Monday: Competition Judging Night
The Judge provides feedback on print and digital projected images (DPIs) entered in the competition, and awards a result to each image (Honour, Merit, Acceptance or non-Acceptance).
Fifth Monday (where a 5 Monday month): Workshop
Workshops on various topics are held for member education.
